The Entomology of the Father
32 porcelain teeth were each sculpted by hand in order to give physicality to 32 childhood memories related to her father. All pinned in the rules of entomology art.
It is a work on nostalgia and on how frustrating it is to not be able to fully capture memories forever, like exotic insects.
Libido 1 & 2
The pickle and the peach in drawings LIBIDO 1 & 2 are facing each other, with no possibly whatsoever to meet. A porcelain pickle and peach were sculpted to bring those two closer together, on a cosy black velvet cushion.
It is a work on hope and sensuality.
